Assessments for Criminal Matters
Dr. Goldenson addresses referral questions at both the pre-trial and sentencing stages. These may include assessment of the accused person’s general mental health, the impact of trauma-related conditions on functioning at the time of the alleged offence, risk for reoffending, and issues relevant to sentencing and mitigation.
