Referrals
To initiate contact about a forensic referral, the best approach is for the lawyer, employer, or other third-party agency to reach out to Dr. Goldenson by email at j.goldenson@utoronto.ca.
Dr. Goldenson will respond, typically within one business day, to schedule a complimentary phone consultation to better understand the nature and suitability of the referral, discuss the logistics/timeline, and expected costs.
Rates vary depending on the nature and the scope of the assessment. Legal aid cases are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Dr. Goldenson will provide a fee schedule and an estimate before commencing any work.

This office is wheelchair-accessible and a two-minute walk from Yonge–St. Clair subway station. Dr. Goldenson also travels within Ontario and occasionally interprovincially upon special request.
